    • your use of our website;
    • from third parties such as our commercial partners and vendors;

    • as required by law.

    When you place an order, we'll automatically sign you up for our email newsletter - your gateway to all things exclusive and personalised. But we get it. Sometimes, less is more. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any moment, no strings attached.

    Where we disclose your personal information to third parties for these purposes, we will do our best to ensure that their privacy policy adheres to similar standards of privacy protection and/or request that the third party follow this Privacy Policy regarding handling of your personal information. We will also be diligent in ensuring that the personal information we disclose is accurate, up-to-date, complete and relevant.

    We will not use or disclose personal information for direct marketing unless you have consented to the use or disclosure of the information for that purpose.

For example, we use a third-party web-to-print vendor who is located in South Africa. This means, when you add personalisation to one of our products, the text and images you supply will be stored on the third-party vendor’s servers, along with some identifiable information so that we can match the product design with your order. In the web-to-print system, you may have an option to upload images from social media accounts, like Facebook or Instagram. If you authorise access to upload images from social media accounts, you are providing access to the third-party vendor and not to us.
